Yoga & Brunch with Yoga Space

In this practice we will explore some breathing and meditation techniques and we will go into a mixed practice of Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga Flow, thus passing from a more relaxing style to a more dynamic one.

Followed by an excellent brunch prepared by the chef of the Panorama Golf in Varese, our beautiful location surrounded by greenery.

Remember to indicate in the registration form your possible food intolerances and your preference or not for a strictly vegetarian menu.

For practice we will provide necessary mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat!
